Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Consulting Manager for the Construction and Real Estate Advisory practice to lead program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate assessments across the United States.

You will work with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients and contractors, travel up to 25%, and help deliver integrated solutions addressing construction and real estate challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related experience in construction and real estate advisory.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, or Accounting.
• CPA, CIA, CCA, CFE, PMP, or PE certifications preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Review construction and real estate management processes for improvement.
• Assess contracts, real estate lease agreements, and capital project performance for compliance.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance transparency and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork including data collection, site visits, and reporting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support oversight and risk mitigation.
• Support lifecycle from acquisition to disposition aligned with business objectives.
