Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related experience in construction management or real estate advisory.
• Experience in construction auditing, project management, and real estate strategy.
• Ability to conduct contract reviews and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate assessments.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to improve controls and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork activities: site visits, interviews, and data collection.
• Prepare reports and client presentations with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, and clients.
• Support lifecycle from acquisition to disposition aligning with strategic objectives.
