Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience overseeing real estate and construction projects; awareness of regulatory requirements.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to support client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and real estate program reviews and cost audits.
• Evaluate contracts, leases, and capital project performance for compliance and efficiency.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency and operational efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork activities: data collection, site visits, interviews, reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery.
