Job summary

Baker Tilly US, LLP is seeking a Consulting Manager for the Construction and Real Estate Advisory practice to lead program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate management assessments across the United States, delivering integrated, best-practice solutions.

You will collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients and contractors, travel up to 25% for client engagements, and contribute to client relationships while developing industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Accounting)
• CPA, CIA, CCA, CFE, PMP, or PE is preferred
• Experience in construction and real estate environments across various project phases

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate management assessments.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork activities including data collection, site visits, interviews, and documentation of findings; prepare reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Support clients through the real estate and capital project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
