Job summary

Group14 Technologies in Moses Lake, WA, leads the electrification of everything with SCC55® battery materials. We seek a Project Manager to drive major capital projects, coordinating with program managers, stakeholders, and external teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will develop plans, manage resources, and report progress while navigating risks and opportunities to ensure project success across our global manufacturing footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or related field.
• 7+ years in capital project management, with 3+ years in program or project management.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project locations inside and outside the US.
• PM certification (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for capital projects within a program, defining scope, schedule, and budget.
• Allocate and manage company resources.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to stay within budget.
• Forecast risks and opportunities using Earned Value Management and manage changes.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager and stakeholders to keep progress informed.
