Job summary

Confidential client in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget results for data center and mission critical facilities.

You will own planning, scheduling, cost control, vendor coordination, and client communications, while upholding QA/QC standards and strong safety culture.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in electrical construction project management.
  • Proven success delivering large, complex commercial, industrial, mission critical, or advanced technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, contract management, cost forecasting, and labor management.
  • Deep knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, field operations, and client relationships.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop project managers and project teams.
  • Oversee projects from award through turnover and closeout.
  • Manage planning, scheduling, procurement coordination, cost control, and project reporting.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues before they impact schedule, budget, or quality.
  • Coordinate effectively with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field teams.
  • Drive successful project outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, labor productivity, and overall financial performance.
  • Oversee contract administration, change management, billing, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project metrics and provide accurate reporting to leadership.
  • Support preconstruction, estimating, and project planning efforts as needed.

Our client is a highly respected electrical contractor delivering critical infrastructure projects across the Pacific Northwest. Their work powers some of the region's most important data center, mission critical, and advanced technology facilities.

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager who brings strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to execute at a high level.

This role carries full responsibility for project performance, from planning and execution through financial management and client satisfaction. You will lead project teams, support field operations, and serve as a trusted advisor to owners, general contractors, and key stakeholders.

What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project teams
  • Establish accountability, consistency, and operational excellence across projects
  • Support field leadership in achieving project goals and resolving challenges
  • Serve as a senior resource for project strategy, risk management, and decision-making
Project Execution
  • Oversee projects from award through turnover and closeout
  • Manage planning, scheduling, procurement coordination, cost control, and project reporting
  • Anticipate and resolve issues before they impact schedule, budget, or quality
  • Coordinate effectively with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field teams

What We're Looking For
Required
  • Extensive experience in electrical construction project management
