Job summary

Group14 is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital projects within our Major Projects program. You will develop, execute, and monitor project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with program managers and cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, Business Admin, or related field, 7+ years of experience including 3+ years in program or project management, and willingness to travel domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience, with 3+ years in program or project management for capital projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for a capital project within the broader capital program.
• Allocate and manage company resources.
• Manage budgets and track expenses to stay within budget.
• Use Earned Value Management to forecast risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with program managers and stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
