Job summary

Liberty Electric in the Greater Seattle Area seeks a Project Manager to lead major infrastructure projects across the Pacific Northwest. You will guide field crews, subcontractors, and clients to deliver on time and within budget, building and leading high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, with electrical/public works experience, and a solid grasp of budgets, schedules, and client communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management, electrical/public works preferred.
• High school diploma required; Construction Management degree valued.
• Strong leadership and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from planning to closeout with field crews and clients.
• Build and lead teams to deliver major infrastructure contracts.
• Develop project budgets, cost codes, and billing schedules.
• Coordinate with foremen to update look-ahead schedules.
• Manage subcontractors and negotiate scope, price, schedule.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
