Job summary

Prime Electric in Washington state is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead small to medium-scale electrical construction projects. You will plan, manage, and deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring client satisfaction and financial success.

You will oversee the full lifecycle from initiation to closure, manage safety, scheduling, cost control, and change orders, travel to sites, collaborate with field leadership, and motivate a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Seven to ten years electrical project management experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with project management tools; Accubid Estimating preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring safety, budget adherence, high-quality standards, and timely delivery.
• Oversee project financial activities (SOV preparation, invoicing, collections, etc.).
• Travel to job sites; maintain on-site presence to oversee progress and support management team.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timeline with stakeholders.
• Communicate expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders; manage changes via change orders.
