McKinstry is seeking a Project Manager to support our Electrical division in Seattle, WA. The role involves developing strategies, goals, and objectives to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget with high client satisfaction.

You will work across project management, controls, and team leadership to ensure successful execution and strong collaboration with stakeholders. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, 5 years’ experience, OSHA 30, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
• Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or Suretrak.
• Completed OSHA 30 class is required.
• Experience with a General Contractor or major electrical subcontractor preferred.
• PE, CPM, LEED designations preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• RCDD, CPM designation preferred.
• Proficient with construction financial programs and software.
• Understanding of accounting and financial management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads project management activities to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget.
• Manages project plans, schedules, scopes of work, and resources.
• Oversees subcontractor billing, change orders, and cost control.
• Supports business development with proposals and bid processes.
• Ensures safety compliance for subcontractors and on-site personnel.
• Coaches and mentors project team members.
• Interacts with GC, architect, engineer, owner, and other stakeholders.
