The role oversees a portfolio of capital projects, driving development, planning, execution, and startup to ensure reliability, safety, and long-term growth. Key responsibilities include leading engineering and construction activities, coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, HSE, Procurement, and contractor resources, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• 7+ years in engineering, project engineering, or project management within manufacturing/chemical sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects through all stages from concept to closeout.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Ensure safety, quality, scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Identify project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate reviews and stage-gate approvals.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams via collaboration and influence.
• Monitor contractor performance, safety compliance, and budget progress.
• Support during plant outages and turnarounds.
