Job summary

INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver multiple capital projects with a focus on safety, cost control, and schedule adherence. You will coordinate with engineers, procurement, safety, and construction personnel across Houston-area sites, traveling as needed to site locations.

The role requires strong leadership, MOC and QA/QC oversight, and proven experience with stage-gate capital execution.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or 15+ years in petrochemical/refining
• 8+ years direct experience in stage-gate capital execution for small/mid-sized projects
• Familiarity with NFPA, IEEE, ANSI, ISA, PIP, ASME standards
• PE and/or PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Promote safety leadership per INEOS 20 Principles
• Promote process safety management in design and execution of all capital projects
• Ensure MOC process is completed before start of construction
• Develop project execution plans to meet published objectives
• Ensure compliance with capital project stage-gate process and right-size execution
