Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business preferred.
• PM certification (PMP/CCM) preferred.
• 5+ years of project management in commercial construction or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple capital improvement and construction projects as owner's representative.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders and coordinate architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Review contracts, bids, change orders, and pay applications with clients and legal teams.
• Perform site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Utilize PM systems to track KPIs and project health.
