Job summary

Red Tree Engineering seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale infrastructure project in Kansas. You will act as the owner's representative, driving delivery from planning through construction and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years managing complex projects, with strong skills in controls, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. PMP/CCM/PE/LEED are a plus, with experience in permitting and safety alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with site development, mass grading, utility infrastructure, campus-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, schedule, cost, change management, procurement coordination, reporting.
  • PMP, CCM, PE, OSHA, LEED or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working with permitting agencies, utilities, contractors, and consultants.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
