Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
• Five to ten years of design, construction, or relevant experience; public construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, cost estimates and scope.
• Conduct in-person site visits during construction.
• Review design development documents, budget and schedule for funded projects.
