Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer or Architect; PMI/ASHE/LEED certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates capacity to manage construction projects from $1,000 to $20,000,000.
• Manages project budgets, schedules and scope adherence.
• Coordinates with hospital departments, consultants, and vendors to achieve outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory policies and hospital risk/safety standards.
