Georgia Tech is seeking a Capital Project Coordinator for the Housing and Residence Life Department in Atlanta, GA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four to six years of job-related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction drawings, mechanical systems, and project submittals.

Responsabilités

• Participate in planning exercises for capital investment projects and MR&R programs.
• Compile and maintain project schedules from concept to punch list and report progress.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to execute projects.
• Develop Scope of Work (SOW) and review estimates, proposals, and quotes.
• Oversee lifecycle replacement schedules for flooring, paint, and lighting.
