Responsibilities

• Oversee development and negotiations leading to building projects.
• Prepare RFQ/RFPs for A&E and construction contracts.
• Review proposals and recommend contract awards.
• Manage design and construction phases of assigned projects.
• Administer project budgets and schedules.
• Prepare and present construction progress reports.
• May plan, supervise and evaluate performance of assigned staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
