Job summary

Georgia Tech is seeking a Construction Project Manager II to lead complex capital building projects from concept through completion. You will coordinate design, construction, contracts, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder partnerships across campus.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field and seven+ years of relevant experience. Travel is not required; salary range is $106,445 to $130,000 with a fixed location in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent combo of education/experience).
• Seven or more years of job related experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and management processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and negotiations leading to major building projects.
• Oversee RFQ/RFP processes for A&E and construction contracts.
• Review proposals and recommend contract awards.
• Manage design and construction phases of assigned projects.
• Administer project budgets and schedules.
• Prepare and present construction progress reports.
• Plan and evaluate performance of assigned project managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
