Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects from concept to commissioning and turnover.
• Prepare justifications, scope, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Provide mechanical, electrical, or facility systems expertise.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, EH&S, and quality teams.
• Develop bid packages and manage external contractors and consultants.
• Lead Change Management processes for new systems and modifications.
• Oversee construction activities, safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve reliability.
