BEPC Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Facilities & Construction Engineer to support capital projects across manufacturing infrastructure. The role focuses on project management from planning through commissioning and handover.

The ideal candidate will lead multimillion-dollar projects, coordinate contractors and internal teams, and oversee HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and utility systems in regulated environments such as medical device manufacturing and cleanrooms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Extensive facilities engineering, construction management, or capital project experience.
• Experience with regulated manufacturing environments and safety/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility construction and expansion projects from planning through commissioning.
• Manage multimillion-dollar capital projects within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and turnover packages; monitor progress.
• Support cleanroom and controlled environments; manage equipment installations.
• Lead commissioning and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and quality.
