Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years healthcare project or construction management.
• Commercial healthcare construction PM experience required.
• Proficiency with project management technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex healthcare construction projects coordinating with clients, medical staff, vendors and regulators.
• Manage project documentation including compliance requirements and track vendor RFPs.
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings and develop scope and schedule for assigned healthcare projects.
• Support minor renovation projects and assist in managing projects of varying sizes.
