Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2 years of capital project management or related experience.
• Alternate route: HS diploma with 6 years of capital project management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects from concept to commissioning and turnover.
• Prepare justifications, scope documents, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Provide expertise in mechanical, electrical, or facility systems to ensure robust designs.
• Collaborate with operations, EH&S, and quality teams to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Develop bid packages, evaluate vendor proposals, and manage contractors.
