Job summary

Stanford Health Care in Menlo Park seeks a Project Engineer in Facilities Engineering-Infrastructure to help keep critical hospital infrastructure reliable and safe. This onsite, 1.0 FTE Day shift role partners with a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and document capital and infrastructure upgrades across SHC campuses.

You will conduct site walks, coordinate with contractors, manage schedules and reports, and ensure clean document control in SharePoint and PM systems.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience in construction, design or construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with parties involved to track status of projects.
• Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and distribute actions.
• Scan, file, and archive project designs and documents.
• Verify project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain communications with construction and contractor teams.
• Review pay applications, change orders, and related docs.
• Perform other project engineering and project management duties as needed.
