Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a Project Development Manager in Allentown, PA to lead the Project Management team and drive successful execution of the capital project portfolio from approval through turnover. You will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, Operations, Technology, and Sales to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes developing Project Managers, standardizing delivery processes, and supporting strategic growth across the department,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/engineering or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
• 5+ years managing commercial construction or capital development projects.
• 3+ years leadership/supervisory experience leading multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Project Management team through performance management and mentoring.
• Oversee capital project portfolio from approval through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, quality and milestones with accountability for performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, Operations, Technology, Sales, consultants, contractors, and airport stakeholders.
• Develop standardized PM methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices to improve execution and consistency.
