Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the finance team with recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis, and capital project tracking in Allentown.

The role partners with Accounting, Business Development, Project Managers, Sales and Operations to provide financial planning, reporting, and analytical support focused on performance, cost accounting, budgets, and project spend. Strong Excel and Workday skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
• Two or more years of directly related accounting/financial experience.
• Experience with financial operations and capital budgets preferred.
• Experience with an advertising agency, media vendor, or related industries preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides financial analysis and consulting at branch, team, and market level, supporting Finance Managers.
• Prepares and distributes analytical and performance-tracking reports to sales and operations leaders.
• Manages reporting processes, investigates variances, and recommends actions.
• Develops process improvements to track key operating metrics and support financial planning tools.
• Performs ad hoc research, presenting evaluations and recommendations to leadership.
• Tracks capital budgets, actual spending, remaining commitments, and forecasted costs by project and market.
• Compares project spending with budgets and pro-formas, explains variances, and suggests follow-ups.
