Job summary

Adecco in Allentown is seeking a leadership-focused professional to oversee multiple projects, develop project managers, and drive accountability to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget.

You will bring a strong background in commercial construction, capital projects, engineering, or infrastructure, with experience overseeing several concurrent projects and a solid grasp of budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and project controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Project Managers or project teams.
• Strong commercial construction, capital projects, engineering, or infrastructure background.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, construction, and project controls.
• Ability to manage resources, identify risks, and drive project execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organized, hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects and drive on-time, in-budget delivery.
• Develop PMs and build project execution plans.
• Monitor budgets, schedules and forecasts; manage procurement.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain clear communications.
• Lead with a proactive, hands-on management approach.
