Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking a Senior Manager of Capital Planning to lead financial forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and cost management for construction projects. The role includes managing two staff associates and building frameworks to prioritize projects and track costs.

This position drives data-driven financial planning to optimize investments and enable the company to deliver exceptional facilities and member experiences, while collaborating with Accounting, Finance, and Development

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include strong facilities & construction management knowledge.
• Experience in business and finance with budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with policies, regulations, and vendor management.
• Leadership experience with 2+ staff and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly, monthly, and annual capital budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Partner with development teams to evaluate progress, risks, and update forecasts.
• Lead capital planning, project cost tracking, and financial reporting across departments.
• Explain budget variances and forecast changes with actionable insights.
• Oversee budgets for major capital projects ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Coordinate internal and external reporting on capital investments and forecasted spending.
