Job summary

The Bay Club Company in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Manager of Capital Planning to lead forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and cost management for all Construction projects. The role includes direct line management of two staff associates and developing frameworks to track and prioritize projects.

You will drive data-driven financial planning to optimize investments and support TBCC’s mission to deliver exceptional facilities and member experiences, reporting to the Chief Development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; professional experience in facilities or capital planning preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Knowledge of capital budgeting and cost control.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage weekly, monthly, and annual capital budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Partner with development team members to evaluate project progress, identify risks and opportunities, and update forecasts.
• Lead capital planning including project cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Analyze budget variances and forecast changes; provide leadership with insights.
• Oversee budgets for major capital projects; align with priorities and historical context.
• Collaborate to prepare reporting packages reflecting investments and forecasted spending.
• Oversee invoice processing and vendor setup; ensure documentation and policy adherence.
• Streamline invoice management and payment workflows with Accounting and Finance.
• Develop reporting and controls for accurate invoice tracking and transparency.
• Oversee facilities ticketing, capital approval workflows, and software integration.
