Job summary

The Bay Club Company seeks a Vice President, Construction & Development for the North Bay to lead all capital projects, working with the EVP, general contractors and vendors to deliver high quality at the best cost.

You will manage project oversight, permits, schedules, as-built records and contractor agreements, while aligning with brand standards and budget goals, and coordinate with facilities management as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-million dollar capital projects from planning through completion.
• Ability to manage vendor contracts, permits and compliance.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with executives, architects and GC teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop capital improvement plans and costings with EVP.
• Direct construction activity and supervise site operations.
• Ensure brand standards and cost efficiency across projects.
• Attend planning meetings with architect and contractors.
• Review contractor agreements and ensure timely project delivery.
