Barcel USA LLC is seeking a Sr. Manager Finance to lead financial planning, performance management, profitability, capital allocation and governance, partnering with senior leadership to enable sustainable growth.

The role owns the Annual Operating Plan, Budget, Forecast, and Long-Range Planning, and leads CAPEX evaluation and post-investment reviews. Cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Sales, Marketing and RGM will optimize ROI and strategic outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong leadership and business-partnering abilities with strategic finance focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Finance activities for Barcel USA, acting as the primary finance business partner to commercial and operational leadership.
• Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Budget, Forecast, and Long-Range Planning processes.
• Lead monthly financial performance reviews and provide actionable insights to business leadership.
• Evaluate and challenge business assumptions to ensure financial commitments are realistic and achievable.
• Lead financial evaluation and approval recommendations for CAPEX projects, including ROI, NPV, IRR, payback analysis, and post-investment reviews.
• Ensure capital investments are aligned with strategic priorities and corporate financial objectives.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and RGM to identify opportunities to improve profitability and ROI.
• Oversee pricing, profitability, customer, channel, and product portfolio analyses.
• Lead transfer pricing governance with Barcel manufacturing plants, ensuring alignment with Grupo Bimbo policies and financial objectives.
• Develop financial models supporting growth initiatives, new products, customer opportunities, and commercial investments.
• Support executive decision-making through financial analysis, scenario planning, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
• Support Barcel Global and ROW financial initiatives if needed.
