Job summary

Truist Wealth seeks a senior leader to oversee onboarding and maintenance for Institutional clients across Investment Banking and Capital Markets. You will guide teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements to support growth in diverse portfolios.

The role emphasizes risk management, cross-functional coordination, and strategic project leadership within a large financial services organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field.
• 10 year’s financial services experience.
• Track record in motivating and building strong teams.
• Effective Relationship building with different levels within the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Leadership/Project Management capabilities
• Proven experience in working in a dynamic and fast paced trading/sales environment.
• In-depth knowledge of systems, trade lifecycle, and Risk framework within Capital Markets.
• Knowledge of ISDA Amend, Dodd Frank UMR rules, FINRA TRACE, MSRB, CAT, CAIS, and DTCC (and SDR).
• Knowledge Swap Dealer and Foreign Exchange Operations
• Has managed onshore/offshore processes
• Proven track record managing risks and issues management and effective leadership participating in Risk Control Self-Assessments

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and lifecycle management for Investment Banking and Capital Markets products.
• Develop programs to support new account set-up, maintenance, and off-boarding of Institutional Clients.
• Consolidate and document client opening and maintenance operational processes and consult with other LOB managers to develop enhanced processes and automated workflow solutions.
• Implement operational controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
• Oversee the strategic planning, management and execution of new technology solutions and existing technology enhancements to support assigned lending portfolios.
• Oversee the selection, design and implementation of processes, systems and technologies for onboarding, maintenance and off-boarding activities.
• Develop and implement long and short-term strategic goals to support Investment Banking and Capital Markets revenue goals.
• Lead business process transitions including pilots with offshore expansion opportunities.
• Manage risk controls, findings, and liaison with GCO partners.
• Lead Monthly Business Operations Reviews with stakeholders to achieve effective results.
