Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior leader to oversee onboarding and maintenance for Institutional Banking and Capital Markets clients across Truist Securities and Bank channels. You will guide end-to-end client integration, drive process improvements, and ensure risk controls are effectively executed while partnering with GCO and business enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 10 years of financial services experience.
• Track record in motivating and building strong teams.
• Effective relationship building with different levels within the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Leadership/Project Management capabilities.
• Proven experience in a dynamic trading/sales environment and risk framework.
• Knowledge of ISDA Amend, Dodd-Frank UMR, FINRA TRACE, MSRB, CAT, CAIS, and DTCC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee optimization of client integration and lifecycle to IB and Capital Market products.
• Develop programs for new account setup, maintenance, and off-boarding of institutional clients.
• Document client opening and maintenance processes; enhance with automation.
• Implement controls to ensure regulatory compliance and internal policies.
• Plan and execute technology solutions to support lending portfolios.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding processes and offshore/offshore transitions as needed.
• Set strategic goals for onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding operations.
• Lead risk management activities and remediation with GCO partners and audits.
• Serve as SME for policies and respond to auditors and regulators.
