Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage core tasks in Derivative Trading, Securities Trading, Loan Trading, FX or Agency Services within Capital Markets Operations. The role emphasizes client onboarding, trade capture, settlements, and compliance with risk controls.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in Capital Markets and 1–3 years in management, plus strong communication and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Capital Markets experience and 1-3 years of management/lead experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide teams and build relationships across levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of brokerage systems.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and complete daily tasks within time parameters.
• Provide oversight to teams to ensure timely completion and improvements.
• Interact with clients and internal partners to process requests and resolve issues.
• Ensure procedures and controls are followed and maintained.
• Lead with knowledge of Capital Markets products and related technology.
