Morris Group, Inc. is seeking a driven Capital Sales Engineer to join our team. You will represent premium CNC equipment and deliver value-driven solutions to manufacturers across diverse industries.

You will identify opportunities, build customer relationships, and collaborate with our Applications Engineering team to support turnkey projects and process validation. Strong technical acumen and a hunter mentality are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, machining, or capital equipment sales.
• Strong technical aptitude for CNC machining processes and related technologies.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop capital equipment opportunities within assigned territory.
• Build relationships with existing customers and develop new business prospecting skills.
• Assist in evaluating customer applications and recommending CNC machining solutions.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering on time studies and turnkey project support.
• Manage sales cycle from prospecting to closing with senior team guidance.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM activity.
