Job summary

The Robert E. Morris, a division of Morris Group, Inc., is seeking a CNC Tooling Sales Engineer in the Boston, MA area. This role supports capital equipment sales by delivering technical information to improve productivity for machine tool users.

You will collaborate with multiple departments and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the pre-sales to project completion cycle. The position requires an engineering background with 3+ years of experience, deep CNC knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related field required; 3+ years of applicable sales/engineering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC machine technology and applications in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships from pre-sales to project completion using Salesforce.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines.
• Support tooling and machine accessory projects within a sales territory as the central knowledge base.
• Develop process optimization solutions and manage related projects from concept to completion.
• Participate in education meetings, seminars, and training to stay current with products and technologies.
• Cultivate a sales territory to generate revenue when not supporting capital machine projects.
