Job summary

SCIEX is seeking a Territory Manager – Capillary Electrophoresis to drive capital equipment sales across Life Sciences, Biopharma, and Industrial markets. You will acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, and manage key customers within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in capital equipment sales, broad knowledge of separation sciences, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences required.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful capital equipment sales experience, preferably within life sciences or analytical instrumentation.
• Proven ability to grow and manage complex territories and customer portfolios.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with accountability for results.
• Must live within assigned territory with ability to travel within territory and work remotely from home office.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and forecast monthly and quarterly sales.
• Be a subject matter authority around analytical workflows and provide CE sales expertise.
• Leverage knowledge of separation sciences across Biopharma, Omics, and Industrial segments to articulate value.
• Navigate a team selling environment across Applications Support, Field Service, Product Demonstration, and Marketing.
• Use CRM to manage the sales funnel and develop prospects and account plans.
