Responsibilities

• Spiritual Development — Develop a yearly personal growth plan fostering a vibrant spiritual life and church involvement.
• Leadership Development — Recruit and train leaders, cast vision, build teams, and provide direction.
• Resource Development — Lead fundraising and donor communication, partner with the Area Director to fund Capernaum initiatives.
• Direct Ministry — Lead contact work, clubs, Campaigners, and camping; maximize Gospel proclamation.
• Ministry Support — Maintain records, professional communication, and adherence to policies.
• Training — Weekly supervision, participate in regional and missionwide training.
