Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO, seeks a CAPE Education Technology Support Professional (0.8 FTE) to ensure CAPE technologies run smoothly and sessions proceed without interruption. The role includes in-person support, collaboration with equipment vendors, and coordination with SOM Shared IT services.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field and at least one year of tech support experience, with preferred project management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, educational field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least one year of experience supporting and troubleshooting technology-related programs.

Responsibilities

Serve as desktop support point of contact for CAPE team and learners.
Monitor CAPE sessions for paging, video, and metadata capture; ensure systems function correctly.
Troubleshoot networks, servers, systems, and applications to fix malfunctions.
Create training materials on technology troubleshooting and usage.
Attend meetings with CAPE team and clients to analyze issues and diagnose hardware/software problems.
