Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO, is seeking a CAPE Education Technology Support Professional (0.8 FTE) for its CAPE Center. The role focuses on ensuring CAPE technologies work smoothly in a fast-paced simulation environment and includes in-person support for sessions across the CAPE space.

The position is scheduled Tue–Fri with some Mon/Sat work and may require occasional work at the Fort Collins location.

Qualifications

Experience providing desktop and AV support in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to troubleshoot networks, servers, and applications and communicate solutions.
Experience creating training materials and user guides.

Responsibilities

Act as point of contact for desktop-related concerns from team members, learners, faculty, and clients.
Monitor sessions to ensure paging, video, capture of metadata, and systems function correctly.
Collaborate with vendors and IT services to troubleshoot issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to restore operations.
Maintain documentation of procedures and system configurations.
Create training materials for troubleshooting and usage.
Attend meetings with CAPE project lead and clients to diagnose problems.
Provide in-person support to ensure smooth session operations.
