Job summary

The CAPE Education Technology Support Professional (0.8 FTE) at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus provides in-person and remote technology support within a busy simulation education center, ensuring CAPE hardware and software function smoothly during sessions.

You will troubleshoot desktops, networks, and AV systems, collaborate with vendors and SOM Shared IT, and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guidance for staff, learners, and faculty.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, educational field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least one (1) year of experience supporting and troubleshooting technology-related programs.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Provide desktop and technical support for CAPE team, learners, and faculty.
Monitor CAPE sessions and ensure systems function correctly.
Troubleshoot networks, servers, and applications; collaborate with vendors and IT staff.
Create training materials and serve as technology resource for CAPE team.
Maintain documentation and track maintenance tasks for CAPE technologies.
