Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Home Energy Specialist for the Cape Cod region. This full-time outside sales role involves conducting Mass Save home energy assessments, modeling homes in energy efficiency software, and recommending insulation and high-efficiency HVAC upgrades.

You will visit customer sites, secure service contracts, and drive energy savings for homeowners. No cold calling; appointments provided.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments.
• Model homes with energy efficiency software and generate reports.
• Recommend insulation, LED lighting, and high‑efficiency HVAC options.
• Initiate sales and secure service contracts.
• Educate homeowners on energy efficiency benefits and gather referrals.
• Install energy-saving devices during assessments and complete paperwork.
