Responsibilities

Design and maintain ITIL-based capacity management framework across views linking demand, performance, and resources.
Collect and analyze utilization and performance metrics for servers, storage, networks, and databases to detect bottlenecks.
Build capacity forecasts using historical trends and planned projects to recommend scaling or efficiency improvements.
Produce capacity and performance reports and dashboards for leadership and service owners with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate across architecture, engineering, and operations to integrate capacity into designs and release plans.
Lead capacity optimization initiatives like rightsizing, virtualization, and cloud elasticity.
