Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. seeks a Sort Capacity Manager to own network-wide capacity de-risking for the Sort organization, building a constraint model across 1P and 3P facilities and optimizing dock door availability, space, throughput, and labor/automation mix.

You will drive spoke capacity maintenance, zip-to-facility strategy, and end-to-end Mx launches, collaborating with Network Design, Real Estate, and Data/Product teams to close forecasting gaps and deliver proactive site launches.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, network strategy, or operations, with capacity planning experience.
• Experience owning capacity planning or site launch strategy at scale.
• Executive communication to senior leadership, with clear trade-off insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the network constraint model — define site capacity against dock, floor space, throughput and labor constraints.
• Govern spoke capacity data and ensure alignment with facility configuration across cross-functional partners.
• Own zip-to-facility strategy and re-optimization as volume shifts, balancing service level and cost.
• Forecast device and consumable readiness to avoid reactive procurement and ensure timely launches.
• Close forecasting product gaps by partnering with Data/Product to fix forecasting tools.
