DoorDash is seeking a Sort Capacity Manager to own network-wide capacity de-risking for the Sort organization. This role builds and maintains a constraint model defining de-risked capacity across 1P and 3P facilities—dock door availability, floor/pallet-space, max throughput, and labor/automation optimization.

You will lead cross-functional work, own zip-to-facility mapping, forecast device readiness, and push for hub-to-spoke routing optimization while closing forecasting gaps with Data/Product

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, network strategy, or operations owning capacity planning.
• Independent judgment to identify bottlenecks across a multi-site network.
• Proven cross-functional negotiation with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of physical warehouse operations and throughput.

Responsabilités

• Own the network constraint model to map site capacity against constraints like dock doors and space.
• Govern spoke capacity data and ensure alignment with facility configuration.
• Own zip-to-facility mapping and re-optimization as volume shifts.
• Forecast scanners, bins, and gaylords against site growth.
• Scope hub-to-spoke routing opportunities and build business cases.
• Close forecasting product gaps with Data/Product partners.
• Own Mx launch end to end including CET allocation.
