Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. seeks a Sort Capacity Manager to own network-wide capacity de-risking for the Sort organization. You will build and maintain a constraint model across 1P and 3P facilities, managing dock door availability, space, throughput, and labor/automation optimization.

Responsibilities include governing spoke capacity, zip-to-facility mapping, device readiness, and end-to-end Mx launches. You will engage senior stakeholders to drive decisions and shape forecasting improvements.

Qualifications

• Strategic ownership of capacity/forecasting or network constraint models.
• Independent judgment to identify bottlenecks across a multi-site network.
• Ability to negotiate trade-offs with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of physical warehouse operations and constraints.
• 7+ years in supply chain, network strategy, or operations with capacity planning ownership.
• Excellent executive communication to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the network constraint model and site capacity against constraints (dock doors, space, throughput).
• Govern spoke capacity data and ensure alignment with facility configurations.
• Own zip-to-facility mapping and re-optimization as volume shifts.
• Forecast device, scanners, bins, and consumables to prevent reactive procurement.
• Lead Mx launch end-to-end, including CET allocation by merchant priority.
• Close forecasting tool gaps with Data/Product partners.
