Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Dasher & Logistics - Capacity Planning to lead network-wide capacity de-risking for the Sort organization.

You will own the constraint model, align capacity with dock, space, throughput, and labor constraints, and drive end-to-end Mx launches across multiple facilities. We expect 7+ years in supply chain or operations, with executive communication skills to clearly present trade-offs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Built and owned a capacity, forecasting, or network constraint model that fed planning processes.
• Ability to judge bottlenecks across a multi-site network independently.
• Negotiated trade-off recommendations with cross-functional leadership.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations to translate constraints into a single model.

Responsibilities

• Own the network constraint model and define site capacity against constraints.
• Govern spoke capacity data and ensure product reflects current facility configuration.
• Own zip-to-facility mapping and re-optimization as volume shifts.
• Forecast scanners, bins, and consumables against site growth and procurement cadence.
• Build business cases for hub-sort-to-spoke routing and present to stakeholders.
• Identify forecasting gaps and drive fixes with Data/Product partners.
• Own Mx launch end to end, including CET allocation by merchant priority.
