Job summary

DoorDash High Volume is seeking a Sort Capacity Manager to own network-wide capacity de-risking, building and maintaining the constraint model for dock doors, floor space, max throughput, and labor optimization across 1P and 3P facilities.

You will govern spoke capacity data, own zip-to-facility mapping, forecast equipment readiness, and drive routing opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional partners to close forecasting gaps and support end-to-end Mx launch decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, network strategy, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the network constraint model across all facilities, including dock door availability, space, throughput, and labor.
• Govern spoke capacity data and ensure product reflects current facility configurations.
• Own zip-to-facility mapping and re-optimization as volume shifts, balancing service level and cost.
• Forecast scanners, bins, and consumables to avoid reactive procurement and ensure readiness cadence.
• Build business cases for hub-to-spoke routing opportunities and support capacity-related decisions.
• Identify forecasting gaps and drive fixes with Data/Product partners.
• Lead end-to-end Mx launch, including CET allocation by merchant priority.
