Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Sort Capacity Manager to own network-wide capacity de-risking for the Sort organization. You will build and maintain a constraint model covering dock door availability, floor space, max throughput, and labor/automation to hit plan targets.

You will govern spoke capacity data, own zip-to-facility strategy, forecast devices and consumables, and drive end-to-end Mx launches. The role requires 7+ years in supply chain or network strategy and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, network strategy, or operations.
• Experience owning capacity planning or site launch strategy at scale.
• Ability to translate bottlenecks into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own network-wide capacity de-risking model across all facilities.
• Maintain constraint model: dock doors, space, throughput, labor and automation.
• Govern spoke capacity data and ensure product reflects facility configuration.
• Own zip-to-facility strategy and re-optimization as volume shifts.
• Forecast device readiness and consumables; plan Mx launches end to end.
• Drive hub-to-spoke routing opportunities and present trade-offs to leadership.
