We are seeking a Program Manager within Raytheon Vision System (RVS) Tactical Products, part of our Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) business.

What You Will Do
  • Work as the Program Manager to establish and manage financial baselines, ensuring alignment with program objectives and customer expectations
  • Serve as the central hub to enable the Chief Engineer, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and the functional team to execute effectively
  • Support the bidding, proposals and execution to contract requirements, including managing budgets, schedules, and technical performance metrics.
  • Travel domestically for business and customer needs
  • Drive technology development and roadmaps
  • Align Customer Research and Development (CRaD) with RVS Internal Research and Development (IRaD)
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Experience interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and/or cross-functional teams
  • Program management skills including managing cost and schedule, Earned Value Management (EVMS), risk & opportunity, bids, proposals, and/or business strategy
  • Experience in Focal Plane Assembly (FPA) design, manufacturing, and processing or related technical development experience
Qualifications We Prefer
  • PhD or Advanced degree
  • Program Management Level 5 Certification or ability to obtain in one year
  • Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with customers and internal teams to foster collaboration and drive program success
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to audience
  • Knowledge of RVS and EOIRS products and end use
  • Active Secret DoD clearance

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
